He has Solid knowledge of placement services and procedures, Superior ability to work under pressure, Outstanding ability to work in a challenging work environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
At D Y Patil Institute of Master of Computer Applications and Management, we strive to work with our students for their all-round professional development. The training cell endeavors to prepare the students for the real business life and situations, through a well-oiled network of Industry-Institute interfaces, using multiple channels including Industry visits, guests lectures, expert interactions, special skill training, etc.
We consistently work together with Industry HR community to create a constant flow of placement opportunities as well, for our students. Understanding the industry expectations and providing them with duly prepared future employees is one of our key result area. To leverage these opportunities, we help students to prepare for their placements with specific sessions on personal grooming, communication skills and interview handling techniques.
T&P cell at DYPIMCAM keeps itself on edge to constantly innovate and invigorate its delivery to the students and live up to industry expectations. Our relations with industry are amongst the most reliable and long-term.

D. Y. Patil Institute of Master of Computer Applications and Management (M.B.A. Programme) aims at providing organizations with MBA graduates who are an appropriate fit for their organization's needs. Every MBA student aspires to make it large in the corporate world. However, not everyone succeed, the reasons could be a combination of under-skilled and under-exposed candidate.
The Training & Placement Cell provide certain orientation programs throughout the course, viz. grooming sessions, mock interviews for students of each stream. Besides, the Cell organizes annual HR-Meet providing platform for bringing HR representatives from varied business sectors. The T & P cell also focuses on organizing an annual Alumni meet for all the alma mater to come & guide fresh Aspiring Managers.
The T & P takes efforts to obtain feedback from the companies which conduct placement drives on regular basis followed by analysis and distribution of corrective measures to the respective departments, which in turn, train students accordingly, thereby increasing their placement opportunities.
It also takes initiative to develop the soft skills (Aptitude, HR, GD, PI etc) within students to make them feel comfortable in interviews and thus make them better employable. The Cell ensures that Career Development Programmes are also conducted on a regular basis for value added programmes.
Training and Placement Cell we still focus and stoop hard to develop and take our training and placements to its optimum.
