Mr. Rahul Chaudhari has a total work experience of 9 years  including T & P activities and Teaching. He has as industry exposure in software development and leading the team. He has Solid knowledge of placement services and procedures, Superior ability to work under pressure, Outstanding ability to work in a challenging work environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Key Responsibility

At D Y Patil Institute of Master of Computer Applications and Management, we strive to work with our students for their all-round professional development. The training cell endeavors to prepare the students for the real business life and situations, through a well-oiled network of Industry-Institute interfaces, using multiple channels including Industry visits, guests lectures, expert interactions, special skill training, etc.

 We consistently work together with Industry HR community to create a constant flow of placement opportunities as well, for our students. Understanding the industry expectations and providing them with duly prepared future employees is one of our key result area. To leverage these opportunities, we help students to prepare for their placements with specific sessions on personal grooming, communication skills and interview handling techniques. 

 T&P cell at DYPIMCAM keeps itself on edge to constantly innovate and invigorate its delivery to the students and live up to industry expectations. Our relations with industry are amongst the most reliable and long-term.

Besides this, she has also merited numerous Certifications in HR Staffing, Management Skills, The Art of Public Speaking and Communication Skills from Trinity College London, UK. In addition to this she has authored numerous book chapters and research papers in National & International conferences as well as UGC and Scopus Journals. She has worked closely with the Training and Development Center of Lupin Ltd., a Multi- National Pharmaceutical Company and provided recommendations that enabled them to further design & improve their training interventions. Currently, she is also an Asst. Professor at D. Y. Patil Institute of MCA and Management, Akurdi, Pune, lecturing Management Students in Human Resources, General Management, Public Relations, Communication and Business Etiquettes.

Objective of the T&P Cell

The Training and Placement Cell of DYPIMCAM plays a vital role in providing employment and is specifically designed for emerging young student leaders. Our primary goal is to elevate the Institute's global engagement to world-class standards by providing an efficient professional and productive environment.

In order to equip our students to face the challenges of the business world, practical experience is incorporated into the Curriculum by means of Guest lectures, Live projects, Internships, Certifications and Industrial Visits. The Training and Placement department brings along Innovation in Skill Development by offering a broad range of expertise services, programmes and resources to assist students with Aptitude training,Soft skills Enhancementand Career Counselling on relevant areas to groom their job skills.

We continuously seek to further strong and sustainable partnerships with both National & International Industries, Academic Institutions, Professional Training Companies & Entrepreneurs to enhance the employability quotient of our students. The Training and Placement department also networks with the Institution’s Alumni for creating more career opportunities.
