With reference to above cited acts & letters received from various competent authorities, Women Grievance cell (Internal Complaint Committee) has been constituted. The constitution of Committee is as follows:

The committee must follow all the instructions for women grievance and appropriate action must be taken. The Committee expected to conduct various counseling programs from time to time on the subject of women empowerment and women awareness as a part our social responsibility towards prevailing women harassment and increasing female foeticide.
This committee will be in action till further orders.
Mechanism & Time Line for Internal Complaint Committee
SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDERSSAL) ACT, 2013
When the ICC concludes that an allegation is proven, they recommend action to the employer.
Common measures include:
Financial Penalties : Deduction from the respondent's salary or wages to provide compensation to the aggrieved woman.
Administrative Actions : Written warning, reprimand, or an adverse remark in the confidential report.
Career Impact : Withholding of promotion or increments.
Termination : Suspension or termination of employment / services.
Corrective Measures : Mandating a written apology, counseling sessions, or community service.
BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS), 2023
When the ICC concludes that an allegation is proven, they recommend action to the employer for file the complaint in nearest police station under following section/s of BNS, 2023

Punishment : Imprisonment for 1 year which may extend to 5 years and fine.
